Corporate event - guests in conversation at the reception
Corporate party · Conference · Gala

Corporate events photographed
as if PR were part of the plan.

For a company an event isn't a party but a communications occasion: images for the website, the intranet, LinkedIn and the press - with rights your legal team won't have to renegotiate.

Advance briefing

A shot brief prevents the most expensive gap

The most common complaint after corporate events isn't image quality but: "We don't have a single usable photo of the CEO." That's why every event starts with a short, concrete list.

Who must be photographed

Management, board, guests of honour, long-service awards, prize winners - by name and, where possible, with a photo for recognition.

Which programme items

Keynote, award ceremony, live band, buffet opening - with times, so nothing collides.

Brand in frame

Logo wall, banners, branding and sponsors - documented, because those are exactly the images needed later.

What the images are for

Press, website, social media or internal communications - this determines formats, composition and selection.

No-go areas

Confidential presentations, people without consent, non-public areas. Defined up front rather than deleted afterwards.

When delivery is due

If a press release goes out the next day, the selection has to exist before that. We plan for it rather than hoping.

Usage rights

Clearly defined rather than a blanket surcharge

For corporate clients the usual uses are included: your own website, social media channels, press work about the event and internal communications - unlimited in time and territory. Anything beyond that, such as paid advertising campaigns or billboards, is licensed separately and named explicitly. You should know what you have before the invoice arrives.

Data protection: at corporate events the organiser informs guests about the photography. On request you'll receive prepared wording for the invitation and registration. People who visibly do not wish to be photographed are respected and removed during selection.

Delivery

The press doesn't wait

On request you'll receive a fully edited selection of the key shots the next morning - keynote, award ceremony, leadership, brand setting - in web and print resolution. The complete gallery follows within a few days.

Case study to follow

A full case study of a corporate event will appear here shortly - with the starting situation, briefing, process and deliverables. Until then I deliberately show no invented reference client. What I can show instead: the ball and club festival reportages, which follow the same demands on running order, low light and speed.
