Light is loveliest during the golden hour just before sunset. I slot in 20–30 minutes then – often mid-celebration, you miss nothing.

A first look is a deliberately staged private first sight away from guests. It eases tension, creates intimate images and relaxes the schedule – I often recommend it, but it's optional.

You'll get a preview of the best images within 48 hours. The full gallery arrives no later than two weeks after the wedding, the film within four weeks.

It depends on duration – for a full-day wedding it's typically 400–700 carefully selected and edited images.

Via a private, password-protected online gallery. From there you download every image in full resolution and share it easily with family and guests.

Twelve months by default. Download the images within that time and back them up in two places – I'll extend the gallery on request.

Yes. Mühlbach am Manhartsberg is less than a 30-minute drive from Rohrendorf near Krems along the B35. Mühlbach, Hohenwarth, Olbersdorf, Zemling, Maissau, Ravelsbach, Ziersdorf and Eggenburg are all within the range that carries no travel surcharge.

Is photography and filming allowed in St. Martin's parish church?

That is the priest's decision, not mine – which is why I clear it beforehand. In practice photography is almost always allowed as long as it stays quiet: no flash, fixed positions, no walking around during the ceremony. That is how I work there anyway.

Where do we take the couple portraits if we marry in Mühlbach?

Usually in the Mühlbach castle park: a French garden, old trees and a pond, open all year and a short walk from the church. If it rains, the arcades and the cellar lanes nearby give shelter – without the photos looking like a fallback.
