Civil ceremony in Krems - congratulations after the vows
Registry office Krems & surroundings

Your yes at the registry office.
Without a full-day package.

Ceremony, congratulations, group photo and a relaxed couple shoot - compactly planned and unobtrusively photographed. Your first images arrive within 48 hours.

Compact doesn't mean small

Small in scope, not in meaning

Not every ceremony needs ten hours of coverage. A civil wedding often lasts under two hours - and that's exactly where the challenge lies: there is no second chance at the vows, the look that follows, or your parents' embrace. The scope is compact; the preparation is not.

What's captured for certain

The moments that count

Arrival & waiting

The last minutes before the ceremony - nerves, anticipation, the first guests.

Ceremony & rings

The vows, the rings, the kiss and the signature. Photographed quietly, without flash in the ceremony room.

Congratulations

The most honest reactions of the day happen right after the ceremony - that's exactly where I am.

Groups & family

Organised from your list, so nobody important is missing and it still goes quickly.

Couple shoot

20 to 40 minutes just the two of you - in the old town, at the rectory or in the vineyards above the city.

Details

Rings, flowers, shoes, the certificate - the small things that carry the memory later.

Gentle guidance

I don't stage your day. I make sure it works.

Group photos are the only moment I raise my voice. I call the groups from your list, place them in the right light and I'm done in ten minutes - instead of spending half an hour hunting for names. For the couple shoot I give you small tasks instead of poses: walk, talk, pause for a second. That's how images emerge that look like you and not like a catalogue.

Sample schedule

Two scenarios that work in practice

Not rigid products, but two schedules that have proven themselves at civil ceremonies. Which one fits, we clarify in the pre-call.

Compact · around 90 minutes

For ceremonies in the closest circle, when you celebrate privately afterwards.

  • 15 min. arrival, details and first guests
  • 20–30 min. ceremony including rings and signature
  • 15 min. congratulations and reception drinks
  • 15 min. group photos from your list
  • 20 min. couple shoot within walking distance

Extended · 2 to 3 hours

When a change of location, more guests or a longer couple shoot come into play.

  • Everything from the compact schedule
  • Drive to a second location - vineyard, Danube bank or old town
  • A more extensive couple shoot in evening light
  • Arrival and start of the celebration at the venue
  • On request: a short film with the original sound of the ceremony

Both schedules are based on the existing wedding packages (from 4 hours of coverage). What you actually need we clarify beforehand - better honestly smaller than unnecessarily large.

A real case from Krems

Sirine & Tunahan, registry office Krems

A civil ceremony in Krems in May, followed by the big celebration a week later. The plan was a compact schedule: arrival, ceremony, congratulations, group photos from the list and a short couple shoot in the old town. The full gallery was delivered - the first preview went out within 48 hours.

NKLS Media covered both our registry office ceremony and our wedding, and we are absolutely thrilled with his professionalism. The photos turned out beautifully and captured all the special moments perfectly. We were especially delighted at how quickly we received the images. Thank you so much for the wonderful work! We would book him again any time!

What every booking contains

Even for a compact ceremony. At no extra cost.

  • Initial consultation (60 min.)We clarify your style, your priorities and what you absolutely don't want to forget.
  • Schedule & timeline planningI plan your day backwards from sunset: when getting ready starts, when the ceremony fits, when the group photos work. The most common cause of stress on a wedding day is a timeline that doesn't add up.
  • Venue visit in advanceLight conditions at the right hour, the best corners, the rain plan, where the drone is allowed to fly.
  • Personal shot listThe people and details that matter to you, written down. So great-aunt doesn't get forgotten.
  • Coordination with your vendorsA direct line to venue, celebrant, music and florist, so nobody is in the shot when it counts.
  • Technical redundancyTwo cameras, dual cards, spare batteries, a second microphone. No single device your day depends on.
  • Sneak peek within 48 hoursThe first images before the honeymoon starts.
  • Hand-crafted editingEvery image edited individually — no batch preset, no filter.
  • Online gallery with download rightsShareable with all your guests, online for 12 months.
  • Backup, six monthsYour images stay backed up with me for six months after delivery — in case a download fails or a file goes missing.
  • EU-certified drone pilotLegal aerial footage, properly insured, no discussion with the venue.
Photo, film or both

How should the memory stay?

Photo only

The curated story in images. For most civil ceremonies this is the right choice.

With original sound

A short film of the ceremony with the real sound: your voices during the vows, the registrar's words, the laughter afterwards. What a photo cannot hold is exactly what people miss most later.

Photo & film

Both from one hand, with one plan and one point of contact. For compact ceremonies this works well solo - where things run in parallel I'll honestly recommend a second operator.
