Not every ceremony needs ten hours of coverage. A civil wedding often lasts under two hours - and that's exactly where the challenge lies: there is no second chance at the vows, the look that follows, or your parents' embrace. The scope is compact; the preparation is not.

Group photos are the only moment I raise my voice. I call the groups from your list, place them in the right light and I'm done in ten minutes - instead of spending half an hour hunting for names. For the couple shoot I give you small tasks instead of poses: walk, talk, pause for a second. That's how images emerge that look like you and not like a catalogue.
Two scenarios that work in practice

Compact · around 90 minutes
For ceremonies in the closest circle, when you celebrate privately afterwards.

Both schedules are based on the existing wedding packages (from 4 hours of coverage). What you actually need we clarify beforehand - better honestly smaller than unnecessarily large.

A civil ceremony in Krems in May, followed by the big celebration a week later. The plan was a compact schedule: arrival, ceremony, congratulations, group photos from the list and a short couple shoot in the old town. The full gallery was delivered - the first preview went out within 48 hours.

A short film of the ceremony with the real sound: your voices during the vows, the registrar's words, the laughter afterwards. What a photo cannot hold is exactly what people miss most later.
Photo & film
Both from one hand, with one plan and one point of contact. For compact ceremonies this works well solo - where things run in parallel I'll honestly recommend a second operator.
What registry office coverage costs
Compact coverage is based on the smallest wedding package. All prices are final - as a small business, no VAT applies.
