What the price is made of

You're not booking hours. You're booking working days.

Time on location is the visible part. The larger share of the work happens before and after - which is why an hourly rate is the wrong yardstick.

Preparation

Initial consultation, timeline planned backwards from sunset, venue check, family list, coordination with your vendors and a rain plan.

The wedding day

The booked hours on location - plus travel each way, setup and securing the data the same evening.

Selection & editing

Several thousand frames become one story. Every delivered image is edited individually - no batch preset, no filter. This is the most time-consuming part.

Equipment & backup

Two camera bodies, dual memory cards, spare batteries, redundant backups, insurance and the EU drone licence.

In every package

What you don't pay extra for

These services are part of every wedding booking - regardless of the scope you choose.

  • Initial consultation (60 min.)We clarify your style, your priorities and what you absolutely don't want to forget.
  • Schedule & timeline planningI plan your day backwards from sunset: when getting ready starts, when the ceremony fits, when the group photos work. The most common cause of stress on a wedding day is a timeline that doesn't add up.
  • Venue visit in advanceLight conditions at the right hour, the best corners, the rain plan, where the drone is allowed to fly.
  • Personal shot listThe people and details that matter to you, written down. So great-aunt doesn't get forgotten.
  • Coordination with your vendorsA direct line to venue, celebrant, music and florist, so nobody is in the shot when it counts.
  • Technical redundancyTwo cameras, dual cards, spare batteries, a second microphone. No single device your day depends on.
  • Sneak peek within 48 hoursThe first images before the honeymoon starts.
  • Hand-crafted editingEvery image edited individually — no batch preset, no filter.
  • Music licenceYour film won't be muted on any platform.
  • Online gallery with download rightsShareable with all your guests, online for 12 months.
  • Backup, six monthsYour images stay backed up with me for six months after delivery — in case a download fails or a file goes missing.
  • EU-certified drone pilotLegal aerial footage, properly insured, no discussion with the venue.
Optional

Add-ons

Only book these if they genuinely make sense for your day. None of them is a prerequisite for a complete result.

  • Second shooter€400
  • Extra hour€190 / h
  • Express delivery+20 %
  • Fine art prints & wooden boxcurrently unavailable€240
Comparing quotes

What to look for when comparing

Two quotes with the same number of hours can deliver very different results. These questions are worth asking any provider - including me.

  1. How many edited images are promised - and are they edited or merely culled?
  2. When is delivery, and is the deadline written into the contract?
  3. Is there backup equipment and a second storage medium, or does the day hang on one camera?
  4. Is a pre-consultation included, or does it cost extra?
  5. Who may use the images for what - and will you be asked before anything is published?
  6. Is travel included, and what happens if the photographer falls ill?
