Exchange of rings at a civil ceremony
Civil ceremony - Krems · Wachau · Lower Austria

One hour. Completely captured.

A civil ceremony often lasts less than twenty minutes. Which is exactly why nothing may go wrong in the photography - there is no second attempt and nothing is re-staged.

The sequence

What happens in that hour

A civil ceremony follows almost the same order everywhere. So I know in advance where to stand - and you do not have to think about any of it.

  1. Before

    Arriving

The last minutes outside the door: guests arriving, the bouquet, a moment to breathe. Usually the most honest images of the day.

  2. Ceremony

    The room

From the back and the side, with available light and no flash. The registrar does not notice that anyone is photographing.

  3. The moment

    Rings and vows

The two moments that cannot be repeated. Which is why I am already standing in the right place before they happen.

  4. After

    Signing and congratulations

The entry in the register, the first embraces, the rice outside the door. Then a few quiet couple portraits nearby.

What you get

Booked small, delivered in full

A smaller occasion does not mean less care. Editing, handover and usage rights are the same as for a full wedding day.

One hour on site

Arrival, ceremony, congratulations and a few couple portraits nearby. Two hours if you raise a glass afterwards.

60 to 90 images

Fully edited, at full resolution and as web versions. No selection limit and no list of extras to buy.

Within days

The gallery arrives within a week, often sooner. You get one preview image for the family the same evening.

Prices

What a ceremony costs

Open prices, no package puzzle. If you also want the celebration documented, you simply move up to a wedding package.

Ceremony plus celebration

If there is a party after the registry office, a wedding package usually makes more sense. The configurator shows you the difference.

Where I photograph

Registry offices in the region

I know these buildings - the light, the seating and the spot where you can stand without disturbing anyone.
